The Board has adopted Board Policy 9323(b) to ensure the public's right to be heard on any matters pertaining to the San Marino Unified School District. We respectfully request that if you would like to address the Board of Education about any matter, you complete a REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE BOARD card and submit it to the Superintendent prior to the start of the meeting or to the Assistant to the Superintendent during the meeting. The President of the Board will invite speakers to the podium to address the Board during discussion of the relevant agenda item. Comments concerning matters not on the agenda may be heard at this time, but not responded to by the Board of Education.
