Quick Summary / Abstract:

The Board has adopted Board Policy 9323(b) to ensure the public's right to be heard in any matters pertaining to the San Marino Unified School District. We respectfully request that if you would like to address the Board of Education about any matter on the agenda, you complete a REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE BOARD card and submit it to the Superintendent or to the Assistant to the Superintendent prior to the start of the meeting. The audio for this meeting is recorded. The President of the Board will invite speakers to the podium to address the Board.  Five minutes may be allotted to each speaker and a maximum of 20 minutes to each subject matter.
4.a. Communications from the audience concerning matters on the agenda may be heard at this time, but not responded to by the Board of Education. (Information Item)
