The President of the Board will invite speakers to the podium to address the Board at the appropriate time. If you would like to speak to the Board about a matter that is NOT on the agenda, please fill out that card now and hand it to the Assistant to the Superintendent. The Brown Act prohibits Board members from discussing or taking action on non-agenda items.

If you would like to speak to the Board about a topic that IS on the agenda, please fill out the card and hand it to the Assistant to the Superintendent now or no later than when the agenda topic is called by the Board President. The Board will not hear Public Comment once discussion of the particular agenda topic by the Board has begun.
