If you would like to speak to the Board about a matter that is NOT on the agenda, please fill out that card now and hand it to the Assistant to the Superintendent. The Brown Act prohibits Board members from discussing or taking action on non-agenda items.

If you would like to speak to the Board about a topic that IS on the agenda, please fill out the card and hand it to the Assistant to the Superintendent now or no later than when the agenda topic is called by the Board President. The Board will not hear Public Comment once discussion of the particular agenda topic by the Board has begun.

It is requested that the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between San Gabriel Unified School District, Local Education Agency for the San Gabriel Valley Consortium Induction Program, and San Marino Unified School District

Members of the International Youth Tobacco Control (IYTC) will present information on the September 18, "Be Smart, Don't Start" event aimed at educating elementary and middle school students on the harms of vapes, e-cigs, cigarettes, and general tobacco consumption.

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Pool Use Agreement with the City of San Marino. The Agreement is a continuation of the District’s agreement with the City for their use of the High School pool during the summer months. The City pays their pro-rata share (16%) of the District’s operational costs of the pool.
