The Board of Education has adopted Board Policy 9323(b) to ensure the public's right to be heard in any matters pertaining to the San Marino Unified School District. 

Person(s) who wish to provide public comment will have three options to submit public comments:

  2. Request to Speak During the Meeting via Q&A and Phone Dial-in

Submit through an Online Form
The public may submit public comments for the open or closed session on May 12, 2020, from 12:00 PM (noon) through 3:30 PM. Comments received during this time will be read during the meeting by staff. The reading of the comment will be limited to 5 minutes [per comment], with a maximum of 20 minutes total allocated per topic. This equates to approximately 750 words long. Public Comments through Q&A During the Meeting
During the Public Comment periods, the meeting will enter Q&A mode to take requests to speak. The Q&A function is used to queue speaker requests.
