In recognition of the fact that the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources has previously been managing the personnel and labor relations functions of the District, supervising the classified employees, staffing the Human Resources Department, and providing other administrative and managerial services at the District Office level for over two decades; and that as of January 1, 2020 she has been assigned a variety of other duties previously administered by the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services where she is monitoring, revising, and preparing the District budget and managing the District’s fiscal services, the Superintendent is requesting a requisite job title change and is putting forth a new job description for Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Services. The title change and job description will not impact the salary or benefits of the employee. Discussion/Action Dr. Jeff Wilson
